3 Days 2 Nights Batumi & Tbilisi Tour
Georgia is more than just a neighboring country; it is one of the rare destinations that caters to all budgets and tastes and can be visited without a visa (or even with an ID card). This fascinating country, which makes you pack your suitcases as soon as you hear its name, promises a huge adventure from the cool waters of the Black Sea to the snowy peaks of the Caucasus, from thousand-year-old churches to modern architecture.
Must See Cities
1. Tbilisi (Tbilisi): The Heart of History
The capital of the country, Tbilisi is a harmony of contrasts. On the one hand, historic streets with sulfur baths on one side and futuristic bridges on the other welcome you.
Don't miss it: Get lost in the streets of the Old Town, take a cable car up to the Narikala Fortress and take a photo on the Peace Bridge over the Kura River.
2. Batumi: The Modern Face of the Black Sea
Batumi, a neighbor to the eastern Black Sea, has been called the "Las Vegas of the Caucasus" for its coastline and luxurious architecture.
Don't miss it: Bike along Batumi Boulevard, witness the sad story of the statue of Ali and Nino and explore the huge Botanical Garden.
When to Go? (Climate Guide)
You can experience two different worlds in one trip plan in Georgia:
Summer and Spring: The coastline (Batumi side) is warm and rainy like the Eastern Black Sea. Ideal for nature walks and seaside vacations.
Winter: The Caucasus Mountains are a true paradise for ski enthusiasts. In Gudauri and Bakuriani regions, you can find the world's most challenging and enjoyable slopes.
Don't Leave Without Tasting: Georgian Cuisine
Pastries are works of art in this cuisine, which you will never feel out of place with its similarity to Turkish cuisine.
Hachapuri: The legendary Georgian pita with cheese and egg.
Hinkal: An explosion of flavor, similar to our ravioli but much bigger and juicier.
Tandoori Culture: Follow the familiar Anatolian smell of fresh bread baking in a tandoori oven.
Cultural Synthesis: Be sure to try the Russian culinary touches (such as borscht), blended with long years of Soviet influence.
Travel Notes
Ease of Entry: Turkish citizens can enter with an ID card.
Transportation: Minibuses called "Marshrutka" offer both an economical and local experience.
History: In a land that dates back to the 12th century BC, you can find a UNESCO-protected thousand-year-old basilica at every step.
