Membership Agreement

b. The Member cannot give the password given to him/her by Zağnos Tour to other persons or organizations, the right to use the password belongs to the member himself/herself. Against all liability that may arise for this reason and all claims and demands that may be asserted against Zağnos Tour by third parties or competent authorities, Zağnos Tour reserves all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use.

c. The Member accepts and undertakes in advance to comply with the provisions of the legal legislation and not to violate them while using the www.zagnostur.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise shall be fully and exclusively binding on the member.

d. The member may not use the www.zagnostur.com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates public morality, disturbs and harasses others, for a purpose contrary to the law, infringes the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member may not engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.

i. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement shall be criminally and legally responsible for this violation and shall hold Zağnos Tour free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition; due to this violation, if the incident is brought to the legal field, Zağnos Tour reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

j. Zağnos Tour always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member, delete the files, documents and information belonging to the customer. The member accepts this saving in advance. In this case, Zağnos Tour has no responsibility.

k. The software and design of the website www.zagnostur.com are the property of Zağnos Tour and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

l. Zağnos Tour may collect certain information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website that provides direct connection to the site for the improvement and development of the www.zagnostur.com website and/or within the framework of legal legislation.

m. 4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels his/her membership or his/her membership is canceled by Zağnos Tour. Zağnos Tour may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the membership of the member in case the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.

5. Effectiveness

The member's membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepts the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded and mutually entered into force at the time the member becomes a member.

All rights of use and content of www.zagnostur.com are reserved. All rights of the site belong to the owner company ZAĞNOS TURİZM NAKLİYAT İNŞ. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
