DAY 1: Our tour departs from Trabzon at 10:00 p.m. After meeting our guests at designated locations, we reach the Sarp Border Crossing following a 2.5-hour drive. After completing border formalities, we stop at a currency exchange office and begin our journey to Tbilisi. Upon arrival in Tbilisi, we have breakfast and start our tour. After visiting the Chronicle of Georgia and Sameba Cathedral in the city center, we’ll explore the antique market before checking into our hotel; during this time, you’re welcome to explore the Christmas markets on your own. After a short rest, those who wish can join the Georgian Night event, where we’ll get an up-close look at Georgian culture over dinner before returning to our hotel.
DAY 2: After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our tour. After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll check out and continue our tour with a visit to the city of Mtskheta. This former capital, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to the Svetitshoveli Cathedral and is filled with places where you can buy souvenirs. Next, we’ll visit the historic Jvari Monastery to learn more about the country’s religious history. Afterward, we’ll return to the city center, see the statue of St. George, and then have free time for lunch. After lunch, we’ll continue our tour by visiting the Tbilisi Clock Tower and seeing the world’s smallest clock, then proceed to the Tbilisi Peace Bridge. We’ll then take the cable car up to Narikala Hill, where we’ll admire the statue of Kartlis Deda—known as the “Mother of Georgia”—while taking in the view of Tbilisi from the hilltop. Afterward, for those who wish, we’ll take a half-hour boat tour on the Kura River before returning to our hotel. We’ll give you free time in the city tonight—you can visit the Christmas markets or make your own plans to explore the city further.
DAY 3: After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll check out and begin our return journey to Batumi. Upon arriving in Batumi, after lunch, we’ll visit Piazza Square, Europe Square, the Medea Statue, and the Poseidon Statue, and finally see the Ali and Nino Statue and the Alphabet Tower. Afterward, those who wish can take a boat tour to admire the city’s architecture. We’ll then give you some free time in Batumi to explore the Christmas markets before returning to Trabzon.
