LTD. ŞTİ. may make changes to this agreement at any time and these changes take effect immediately upon the posting of the amended agreement on the site. You agree to periodically review the agreement to be aware of these changes and your continued access to or use of the site will constitute your express acceptance of the amended agreement.

All rights to www.zagnostur.com belong to ZAĞNOS TURİZM NAKLİYAT İNŞ. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. Trademarks, information, reports, pictures, graphics, etc. such as software, products, logos, etc. published on these web pages are protected by national and international laws and international conventions. All or part of all kinds of information and materials contained in www.zagnostur.com cannot be used in a different form by revising, adding or changing part of it. Registered trademarks, services, logos, etc. belonging to third parties or institutions, warnings and brackets in the expressions contained in www.zagnostur.com cannot be removed when quoted from the site.

www.zagnostur.com site; There are sections containing request and reservation forms to be filled in by users. During the filling of these sections, users do not have the right to use profanity, threats, provocation, disturbing words and illegal content and to damage the legal and personal rights of others. It is also forbidden to copy and use these forms or to use them as examples for reproduction. Users do not have the right to sell a product or service, advertise for commercial purposes or engage in similar commercial behavior using these pages.
The information provided during membership and reservation transactions is protected by 256 Bit SSL security system. For details regarding the confidentiality of user information, please refer to the "Confidentiality Agreement" page.
4. User obligations
Although www.zagnostur.com is a site that is updated at any time, resort/tour information, prices, payment terms and campaigns on the site are representative. ZAĞNOS TURİZM NAKLİYAT İNŞ. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for missing or errors caused by typographic or late updates. Each product and product provider's own conditions apply to the reservations made. If the user wishes to make a reservation for any of these products, he/she is deemed to have accepted the conditions of the product provider to which the product to which the reservation belongs at the time of reservation.
5. Cancellation, refund and general obligations
ZAĞNOS TOURISM - GENERAL TERMS and RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE
1. SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions have been prepared to regulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of all participants regarding day tours, cultural tours with accommodation and similar package tours organized by Zağnos Tourism.
The participant is deemed to have declared that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Cancellation and Refund as soon as he/she makes the reservation and payment.
After your reservation registration, you will receive an e-mail or notification message. Please make sure that all your information is correct.
2. TRANSPORTATION AND VEHICLE ORGANIZATIONS
2.1 Type of Vehicle
The vehicles to be used on the tours are determined according to the number of participants. The agency may change vehicles in similar segments in line with operational requirements.
- Mercedes Sprinter: 10-19 people
- Mercedes Vito: 9 people
- Mercedes Travego: 46 people
- Mercedes Tourismo: 46 people
- Isuzu Grand Toro: 37 People
- Otokar Mega: 35 People
2.2 Seating Arrangement
- There is no seat number application in daily tours. Tour staff can make seating arrangements when necessary.
- For tours with accommodation, seat numbers are determined according to the order of payment. The agency has the right to change the seating arrangement due to operational necessity.
- All participants, regardless of age, are required to sit in a seat.
2.3 Baggage Rules and Pet Policy
- Pets are not accepted in transportation vehicles and accommodation facilities.
- The participant is obliged to comply with the luggage weight, quantity, qualifications and all travel rules determined by the vehicle they will travel with.
3. GUIDING AND TOUR FLOW
- In day tours, the group leader accompanies the participant; professional guidance service is not provided.
- In tours with accommodation, professional guidance service is provided.
- The guide/group leader may make changes in the program due to weather, road conditions or force majeure, provided that the entire program is implemented.
- Tours are a whole with transportation, program and guidance services. Unused rights are non-refundable.
4. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
- In rooms for 3 persons, the third bed can be provided by the hotel as an extra bed, sofa or fold-out bed.
- Hotels can be changed to equivalent facilities within the same region for operational reasons.
5. TOUR SCHEDULE AND TIMES
- Program times are prepared according to ideal weather and road conditions; delays may occur.
- For visits that cannot be realized due to force majeure, an alternative program can be applied.
6. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Departure Times
If the participant is not present at the boarding point at the specified departure time, the maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. At the end of this period, the vehicle will depart and the participant will not be refunded.
6.2 Responsibility for Goods and Luggage
The responsibility for luggage and personal belongings belongs to the participant. In case of injury or similar situations that may occur during the journey, the carrier's insurance is valid.
6.3 Travel Rules for Children
<- Children under the age of 18,
o must obtain a notarized consent from their father if traveling with their mother,
o from their mother if traveling with their father,
o from both parents if traveling with a third party.
6.4 Identity Rules for Tours Abroad
On tours to Georgia and Azerbaijan;
- including children,
- even a 1-day-old baby,
Only a photo ID or passport is allowed.
(Driver's license is not valid.)
6.5 Disruption of Tour Order and Disciplinary Rules
If the consumer behaves in a way that disrupts the general flow and order of the tour, disturbs other participants, prevents the progress of the tour group, does not comply with the guide's warnings or makes continuous delays; the tour guide or tour official has the right to take the consumer out of the tour at an appropriate transportation point.
In this case:
- The consumer has no right to compensation,
- No refund will be made,
- All expenses (accommodation, transportation, meals, transfers, etc.) from the moment the consumer is removed from the tour are the responsibility of the consumer.
The participant is deemed to have accepted this article in advance by purchasing the tour.
7. EXTRA TOURS
- Extra tours are realized when the number of participants is sufficient.
- In case the extra tour cannot be made, no right to compensation arises.
- Extra tour fees may vary according to the season and establishments.
8. CHILD DISCOUNTS
- Discount is valid for 1 child staying with 2 adults.
- In the combination of 1 adult + 1 child, the child is considered an adult.
- For 2 adults + 2 children, the first child is discounted and the second child is priced as an adult.
9. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE CONDITIONS
9.1 Minimum Number of Participants
- Day tours: 4 persons
- Batumi tour: 8 persons
- Cultural tours with accommodation: 24 people
If there are not enough participants:
- 1 hour for day tours,
- 12 hours for Batumi tours,
- 48 hours for cultural tours, the tour can be canceled with prior notice.
Full refund will be given for cancellations made by us.
9.2 Participant Cancellation (Tours without Airplane)
- Up to 30 days in advance: Full refund
- 30-15 days: 50% deduction
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- Refunds are made through the method of payment.
9.3 Flown Tours
- There is no right of cancellation-refund-amendment on flown tours.
- In case of airline-related changes, the rules of the relevant airline apply.
9.4 Tour Change
- In non-flight tours, the change request can be made by paying the price difference, if any.
9.5 Campaign / Discounted Tours
- Cancellation-refund-change cannot be made in campaign, promotional or discounted tours.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, road closures, strikes, terrorism, war, epidemics, public decisions and compulsory reasons caused by suppliers are considered force majeure. Changes may be made in the program and the agency cannot be held responsible.
11. STATEMENT OF ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
These General Conditions are binding for all participants who purchase tour services from Zağnos Tourism.
The participant declares and undertakes in advance that he/she accepts these terms by making a reservation and/or payment.
